we reserved 2 rooms, one smelled so bad we had them give us another, only the door would not unlock. The girl at the front desk did not appear to care, but a maintenance man helped us and he could not get the door to unlock. The girl at the front desk would not give us another room and refused to return the money we paid for the room. We argued and promised to call the corporate office. Eventually she relented and gave us another room. Both rooms did not have blankets or towels and they seemed reluctant to give us any. In one room the floor was a bit sticky and the bathroom door was missing and the tv had no signal. The other room had holes in the shower wall and the front of the dresser fell off when we opened a drawer. When we tried to open the door from the inside we couldn, get out and the girl at the front desk said nothing and offered no help. We found the maintenance man and we forced the stuck door and got it working. From start to finish it took almost 3 hours to get checked in. Afterwards we cancelled all our other reservations to Motel 6.
