Step into authentic Andalusian charm just 5 minutes from the beach. This delightful three-story home is nestled in the cobbled streets of Almuñécar’s historic center and offers beautiful sea views from its rooftop terrace.
The ground floor welcomes you with a cozy dining area, a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you'll find the main bedroom and a small lounge with a sofa bed suitable for two guests. The top floor features a third room with its own shower and toilet, leading to a charming terrace complete with a dining area and BBQ – perfect for sunset dinners. Climb a few more steps to reach the rooftop solarium, where sunbeds and stunning sea views await.
Please note: Due to the traditional architecture of this historic house, there are several stairs throughout the property, including steeper steps and low door frames typical of old Andalusian homes. Guests who are very tall, have limited mobility, or are traveling with small children may find the layout challenging. We kindly recommend this home for those comfortable with stairs and seeking a truly authentic experience.
