* Resort amenities including heated pool and hot tubs-use of the all seasons center is AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty.
* Guests must be 25+ to book (children with parents welcome) ID must be provided to complete booking.
* Wood burning Fireplace-guests must provide firewood. Any unauthorized fire, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages that were incurred.
* This unit is located on 2nd floor. No elevator, only accessible by stairs.
* No smoking, no parties, no air conditioning (but it rarely gets above 78 degrees)
* No pets-if you bring a pet into the property, you will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a $250 cleaning fee
*The condo resort observes quiet times from 10pm-8am
* During the winter months, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are strongly encouraged on the mountain.
* Security deposit hold required
* Must sign a rental agreement


Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable; we recommend getting travel insurance in the event that you cannot make it, or loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we cannot grant refunds outside of our existing cancellation policy.

In case of inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs or unforeseen circumstances, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability or condition of each amenity.
