The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 65 m2 apartment! It is the perfect place for families or large groups who wish to enjoy an excellent location in the city. We are meters from the most beautiful parks and major tourist attractions in the city, including the famous Floralis Generica, the Faculty of Law, the Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia, the National Library and the Recoleta Mall.
The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition, we have air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort during your stay.
Our apartment also has a storage space and a separate laundry room for your convenience. In addition, there are 2 single sofa beds to accommodate 2 additional guests. High speed internet is available to keep you connected at all times.
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful apartment in Recoleta and making sure you have a wonderful stay in the city!
Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Recoleta is an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina, known for its beautiful mansions, high-end shops, and its famous cemetery where the remains of Argentine historical figures rest. It is an exclusive residential area with large green areas such as Thays Park and Plaza Francia, and it is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.
Recoleta It is a neighborhood in full expansion, where there may be construction works nearby or nearby with schedules regulated by the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which exceed our reach.
Getting Around:
