Chalet on the sea in the Gulf of Carini

The Chalet is located within a garden with lawn and with direct access to the beach to live in a bathing suit !!!
E 'it equipped with veranda for your dinners to' open and for your moments of relaxation.
And 'the ideal place to unwind from the busy towns and live with the sound of the sea sunbathing on the beach or on the lawn, but also the base for visiting the city of Palermo or go hiking in the charming towns located in western Sicily ( Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Marsala, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, the Zingaro reserve etc.).
It can 'accommodate up to 4 people (double bedroom + bedroom with bunk-conditioned area). It has a living room / kitchen with TV and WI FI access, bathroom with shower. Outside shower, veranda, terrace and barbecue. Guests will find this' they need for a comfortable stay (sheets, towels, dishes).
The house has its own entrance and private parking (you may want to hire a car for travel) and garden available to guests.
The Chalet is located at a KM from the motorway Carini, 10 minutes from Falcone Borsellino airport, 10 km from Palermo. Nearby a shopping center for purchases and a petrol station.
In proximity to the beautiful villages of Isola delle Femmine (where you can buy fresh fish directly at the marina) or Sferracavallo and country of Carini with its famous castle (the castle of Baroness Carini).
A 15-minute drive you can 'reach the historical center of Palermo, the beautiful Arab city Norman, and a little more' than an hour, one of the places more 'beautiful in Sicily, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, with Scopello and San Vito lo Capo. A 50-minute Archaeology site of Segesta

propriétaire très agréable un bon échange l'idéal avec des enfants la plage au bout du jardin. après le seule point négatif la route juste pour nous les adultes les enfants on très bien dormi :)

Hébergement et propriétaires sympathiques

L'hébergement à été à la hauteur de nos attentes. La proximité de la mer est très agréable face au coucher du soleil. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont à cœur de nous satisfaire. Par contre, la proximité de l'autoroute est très gênant pour un repos total. C'est vraiment dommage !

Una vacanza molto piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario, gode di un ampio spazio all'aperto sotto il porticato e di un bel giardino. I miei figli hanno goduto appieno di questi spazi. Dalla spiaggia a cui si accede direttamente dalla casa abbiamo potuto ammirare splendidi tramonti .. Dalla posizione in cui si trova la casa è possibile raggiungere facilmente Palermo e altri luoghi veramente belli da visitare. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità e molto accoglienti. Ricordiamo questa vacanza con grande piacere e serenità. Un grazie a Giusy, Gianni e Alessandro da parte di tutta la nostra famiglia. A presto! Roberta

La Sicile et ses surprises!!!

Le logement en soi est agréable .Toutefois, Une véritable climatisation des pièces serait souhaitable .Le bord de mer est bien là mais il est loin d'être idéal !!! Comme les abords de la propriété , beaucoup de détritus peuvent y être trouvés…La situation géographique de ce chalet ne convient pas à tous….à 20 mètres de la grande autoroute A29!!!! merci pour le bruit matin et soir….. il faudrait penser à une réelle isolation phonique .Néanmoins, Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bienveillants .Nous sommes heureux d'avoir fait leur connaissance. Le Golfe de Carini ne représente pas les richesses et les splendeurs de la Sicile qui nous a ravis au fur et à mesure de nos déplacements….Nous sommes donc très déçus pas notre lieu d'habitation mais très heureux d'avoir découvert une magnifique île!!!!

Very nice hosts but the place is spoiled by the immediate proximity of the highway

The hospitaliy by the hosts is not questionable. We were sensible to the very delicate attentions given to the guests with some welcome local food and wine. The apartment in itself is very functional, clean and neat and decorated with taste. The ´but’ is the immediate proximity of the highway (which actually we could have seen on google map) that gave us hard time at night and could not let us enjoy the garden nor the terrasse. Also the beach which is literally behind the house was not really pleasant due to a spreaded mass of dry seaweeds in decomposition.

liebevoll empfangen und betreut

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen, das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Es war sauber und duftete, sogar Blüten schmückten die hübsch gefalteten Handtücher. Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren ließen die Hitzewelle ertragen. Der Garten ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit Sandstrand! Alles war perfekt, die Hosts waren sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko ist die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zur Autobahn. Wir konnten damit leben, benutzten nachts Ohrwatte. Wer an der Bahn wohnt, weiß, dass man solche Geräusche auch ausblendet, uns ist das gelungen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann vieles unternehmen. Danke an Gianni und Giusy, die so bemüht und zugänglich und hilfreich waren!

Nice Holiday/Schöner Urlaub

We spent a week in Carini and felt very well in the house. Especially the hospitality and friendliness of the homeowners have impressed us and we would like say: "Thank you very much for such a nice holidayand we will come to you again." Für alle deutschen Interessenten: Wir waren eine Woche in Carini und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz unseres schlechten Englisch gab es keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten und die Hilfsbereitschaft und die vielen guten Tipps der Eigentümer haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und durch die Lage ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell und einfach an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und kann die Umgebung gut erkunden.
