The villa, with double access, from the main road or from the seafront, allows you to park up to 3 cars. The bright living room overlooks the surrounding garden, furnished with a relaxation area and a spacious dining area for 6 people. The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, gas oven, fridge and freezer. The three bedrooms, two with a window and the other with a French window, offer a welcoming accommodation, also ideal for families with children, thanks to the proximity to the municipal playground. The house has two functional bathrooms and a laundry area with washing machine. The private garden and the equipped porch complete the relaxing atmosphere of this residence.
