La vista de la habitación estaba bonita..vimos el amanecer y de veía el agua. Pudimos salir a caminar cerca de allí x la playa. Fuimos a la alberca en la terraza y estaba bien, pero no tan bonito como se veía en las fotos. Solo para los una noche para descansar y estuvo bien

Fuera del desorden y suciedad propia de realizar trabajos de remodelación (esto se comprende). La limpieza en habitaciones no era la correcta y más para una cadena hotelera de este tipo. La sabanas y fundas de almohadas de una de las camas estaban sucias y manchadas, detalles que no fueron cuidados. También, por debajo de las camas la limpieza no fue realizada en mucho tiempo, se observo polvo y mugre ya de varios días.

Todo bien. Excepto que ofrecian servicio de alberca y en realidad estaba en remodelacion. La verdad estaba por cancelar en recepcion ya que por eso lo habia reservado con ellos por la alberca que en otras ocasiones estaban bien.

Decepcionante, en el cuarto el telefono, no servía, los contactos de luz tampoco, la puerta del armario caída y no se podía abrir, el aire acondicionado o te congelaba o aguantabas el calor Con el pretexto de ser ecológico, no proporcionan popotes, han tratado de "tomar" una leche m|alteada con cuchara?. Porque no usan popotes ecológicos? En fin, fue decepcionante

Cómo recomendación, antes de que lleguen los huéspedes avisarles con anticipación si hay algún detalle en el hotel , me hubiese gustado que con anticipación o atraves de una página anunciarán su falta de servicio en alberca. Por lo menos darles acceso a otra alberca si se cuenta con otra propiedad.

El Hotel esta en reparación o remodelacion y no avisan, hasta que llegue al hotel me comentan que no esta funcionando la pisina, el evelabor no funcionaba, el agua y la luz se van. Creo que en esta ocasión no fue de mis mejores estancias.

Había estado en diciembre y bien, ahora las habitaciones apestan a humedad, tienen moho e las regaderas, el wc está asqueroso, están llenas de polvo las habitaciones y material de construcción, muy muy sucio, las toallas están rotas y la comida podrida en el bufet, todo pésimo

El hotel está viejo, huele mal, hay dos torres de hospedaje lejos una de otra, solo un lobby en funcionamiento, cortinas, regadera y sillón muy sucios y con manchas, regadera con fuga goteando, las toallas tenían mal olor desde el primer uso, algo nos dio comezón a los huéspedes de dos habitaciones y no teníamos piquetes de insectos... Quizá el agua de la regadera, la ropa de cama o las toallas...
