「Opal Sands exceeded our expectation. Check in was swift, valet parking pleasant and off to our room in minutes. Gulf view with manatee, dolphins, pleasure boats entertaining us during our stay. This resort has a pool 3ft max. depth with lounge chairs adjacent to tiki bar and to the water below the sea wall. Just you and a waterview with the spectacular west coast sunset. 「New hotel! Smells like fresh paint still. Very clean property. Close to the beachfront literally a 3min walk. Reception is on second floor. Parking is across the road in a garage for $20 a night. $50 security deposit due at check in. WiFi is available. Traveled with small children, I would recommend this hotel for families. Definitely will stay again. 」

「This was a perfect spot, no car needed! We walked to many restaurants. You can Uber if you want to go somewhere else, we went to the Pier and it was def worth it. The pool is clean the hotel is clean the rooms are clean. Everyone there is super nice. You get towels for the pool and beach. It’s a very chill and easy going vibe. It’s quiet and you don’t wait for a lounge chairs or cabanas. Definitely recommend the location and the hotel! 」
