「Its really a good hotel. If it can provide a welcome drink that will be more fantastic. 」

「We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off 」

「Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren im 14. Stock, der Ausblick war sehr schön, vor allem nachts. Das Frühstück war gut, mit einer großen Auswahl. Negativ war, dass das Zimmer nur durch die AC belüftet wurde. Das reichte nicht aus, im Zimmer war stickige Luft. 」

「Nice hotel near Tower of London. Quiet area. Not a lot of nearby dining options or shopping. Underground is nearby so the rest of the city is easily accessible. Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Good value. 」

「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」

「Very convenient the Underground station just opposite of the hotel. Clean and comfortable, I will chose this hotel of my next London trip.」

「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」
