“We stayed in Knot One and it was the perfect location and size for us. We brought our dog and his only issue was that the stairs were very dark at night and he had difficulty getting down to potty. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant across the ICW (reserve the prime rib!!!) and even had live music. We came by boat and reserved a slip with the Coinjock Marina. Our slip was right next to our room. We have already started planning our next trip to Coinjock! ”

“This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. We adore the sound side view and the sunsets were incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a whole house, this is your best option! A note if you have any mobility……

“Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. I'd definitely recommend for your stay at the outer banks.”

“Great communication by the host! Accommodations were flawlessly maintained, and as comfortably as we could have hoped for. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean. Which, are two very important features to me. The hot water was a little bit of a challenge, but was fine once it made it to the shower and kitchen sink. We will definitely stay here again!”
