This is a clean, cozy, and affordable 1-bedroom apartment perfect for travelers looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay. It’s located in the back of an older multi-unit building in the small town of Croghan. While the exterior and immediate surroundings are modest, the unit itself offers comfort, privacy, and all the essentials—including a private entrance, a small porch with seating, and in-unit laundry. A great option for guests who want a quiet place to relax and recharge.

The space

This apartment is located in a green, three-story building at the corner of George Street and NY-812. It’s situated at the back of the building, right next to the parking lot, offering added privacy. A small porch with an outdoor table and chairs is just off the entrance—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Please note, as with any multi-unit building, you may hear occasional noise from other tenants.
