- Main master bedroom (Queen bed) with private master bath, amazing views & Samsung smart Tv

Guest Access:

• Local Breweries, Nightlife, Downtown Denver, Restaurants and whole host of activities.

Getting Around:
→ Cheap Uber ride to downtown & 5 minutes walk to public transportation.

→ 5 minutes from Downtown
→ 20 minutes to DTC
→ 30 minutes to Boulder

→ 5 minute walk to Broncos Stadium
→ 5 minutes to Pepsi Center
→ 20 minutes to Red Rocks

Other Things to Note:
- No parties, home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors.

- We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. $200 penalty fee for unauthorized late checkout.

- Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.

- Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.

- Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Locations: Garage and Rooftop patio.
