Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located off overland, so you get the beautiful mountain views, and yet are minutes from hiking, shopping, movies, CSU,City Park and Old Town Fort Collins. One level, with single steps in/out of the sunken living room. There is outdoor seating in the private yard, and room for your four legged friends. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open, with a short hall to the bedrooms and bath. The area has multi-family housing but it’s very peaceful.

We had booked this months in advance. When we didn’t hear about the check in, I contacted the host 1 hour prior to check in. We got a phone call saying that the host had rented the property to someone else for a month and she was cancelling our reservation. Truly poor service. VRBO will not rent within 24 hours and, since it was family weekend, there was NOTHING else available. VRBO was absolutely no help.
