The property was nice overall, with convenient check-in and good amenities.However, it could use some maintenance and pest control. We encountered several cockroaches in the master bathroom and bedroom, and there were noticeable cobwebs in the bedrooms—even in areas that should be easy to keep clean.

Great spot

Zero complaints. The internet was not working but we were out so much enjoying the area it was a minor issue. Highly recommend!

Do you all clean at all?

This place made me feel dirty. We arrived late on Friday. I was so exhausted after the drive that we simply went to bed. The next morning I woke up to see the filth that was the property. There was no hot water in the master bathroom sink. It made me wonder how someone could be cleaning with no hot water. Further inspection of the sink showed me that the counter still had remnants of soap from the previous occupants. The toilet had urine pooled at the base of it. The tub had pubic hair in it. The master bedroom, there was no telling the last time the floor was actually vacuumed. There was snack paper on the floor next to the bed. Under the bed was more trash. It made me wonder if they even attempted to change the sheets. Had we been sleeping in the bed with the same sheets that the previous occupants slept on? The dining table was sticky from the previous occupants. Something as simple as wiping the table down? And, there was still a frozen biscuit in the freezer from the previous occupants. Do you all even look in there at all? This was not a comfortable stay. We ended up leaving a day early because we felt so icky.

Solid affordable option. Not great but good.

The property was clean and neat, check-in and check-out was easy, and the property management company was very communicative without being obnoxious. Space and living room furniture were comfortable, beds were more than adequate. Walls were thinner than I expected for this type of property, and if I stay again in the winter I'll bring extra blankets to go on top of the thin quilts on the beds. A wall outlet behind one of thrle twin beds is not fully sunk into the wall and wiring is visible so if you have young kids make sure the bed is fully pushed against the wall so toys don't fall in the crack and little fingers don't reach down and touch the wrong thing. Overall our sense was this property was perfectly fine and a good value, but not great.

Great vacation space at Gatlinburg area

Very cozy rooms. Great common space. The balcony offers magnificent view. All appliances are working great. Laundry in the unit is a big plus for water sport lovers like us. Very nice place overall.

Great location

Great location however mattresses need replaced for a better quality of sleep. They wave at you currently. Beautiful view close enough to all the fun however far enough away for the peace.

Way up High

The property was very clean. Quick response to any issues we had. The road up to the property was a little scary.....couldn't believe how high up we were. Wish there were a few more guard rails on that road! Outstanding views.

Cute but not so clean

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights. It had great views and was exactly as the images showed. However, there were dirty towels still hanging in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the floors had not been swept. The king mattress also had a large urine stain on it (under the mattress protector). The drive up to the condo is steep, but it makes for a great view. The pool area was nice, but again, the hot tub had lots of floaties. The code lock did not work and we had to contact the manager to get the lock box code for the key. We had to use the manual key all week. Overall, nice view but wish it was cleaner.

Bear-y Beautiful Visit

This two bedroom condo with two bathrooms was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Code key entry was a breeze once you got the hang of it, no need to go to a desk. Although the building and condo is dated, it was clean and had what we needed. There was a traditional coffee pot and an older Keurig available. No ice maker, but trays provided and was sufficient. The screened in porch off the back was awesome to enjoy late sounds of the mountains or early morning coffee. The living room furniture was quite comfortable. For those accustomed to newer units, there were no usb plugs, and some outlets were loose. The floors of the tubs were a little soft. The unit could use some work in those aspects, but it was clean and suited our needs. The bed in the primary could use a mattress replacement in the near future, but it is difficult to accomodate everyone's comfort. *All in all, we were very pleased with this condo in the mountains. It was just enough outside of town to see bears (clean your vehicles out every time you come in, use the latch on the trash dumpsters, and beware of your surroundings in the parking lot), but 10 minutes or less to Gatlinburg. *Yes, the road is curvy- it's a mountain, take your time- it wasnt a difficult drive. GPS took us right to it. *NO ELEVATOR as stated in listing, this unit requires climbing stairs. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Short Get away

The property was clean, location was ok. We had a great stay lots to do and see. It was an active get away exactly what we were looking for. The thing that concerned me was that in past comments going back a couple of years regarding things that needs to be fixed like door and lock, backed up water in tub when showering and tv and remotes not working properly still were not corrected a couple years later. To me that is a sign of just not really caring on the owners part.

Well the outlet in the master bedroom is fallout with exposed wires and in the master bathroom faucet need tighten dripping water one of the door to the balcony lock is broken and the bathroom fan in the other bedroom makes a very loud noice and the toilet seat needs tighten and they might want to up date the decor in both bedrooms

This place was very nice and clean. It had everything that was needed. The only downside about it was the drive there I thought the roads were a bit scary through the mountain. But that’s no one’s fault. Great place to stay I would highly recommend.

Cozy and clean

We loved this condo! It was so cozy and comfortable and the decor was perfect, like a mountain cabin. The screened in deck was great and the view was wonderful. We really enjoyed our short vacation and even saw 3 bears as we drove down the mtn!

Mountain stay

Beautiful views and comfortable space. The road to get there has lots of turns and drop offs, very dark at night. Third floor walk up, ok for us with stairs. Beds not great, very thin walls, and lock tricky to get into. Overall wonderful first trip to the Smokies.
