"we did see 3-4 roaches in our room and told the front desk when we checked out. They apologized and said that we should have told them right away and they would have sprayed. it was no big deal. It's Florida and people eat in their rooms, etc. so we weren't extremely alarmed. If we had seen a whole bunch we would have complained. It's a wonderful place and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Service was wonderful, room was okay as we noticed some stains on the carpet and couch but I loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave. I also found for most of the part the valet was convenient, but occasionally there was only one attendant available which caused delays."
