Christmas Gathering

The house has been updated very nicely but not quite completed which lead to 4 and not 5 stars. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with getting around. A large park across the street and everything we wanted to go to was within 20 minutes. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Beautiful home worth every penny!

This house was perfect for my family. We loved sitting on the back deck chillin in serenity. The neighborhood was safe & the neighbors were friendly. The location was no more than 15 minutes away from every attraction, so I only spent $25 in gas for a five day stay. To sum it all up, we LOVED IT!!!

It was a nice

It was nice house. I would stay again on a quiet street. The railroad and train was there a lot. Got to do a little better at cleaning on my pillow I find long strings of hair. It was easy to check in. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Great location!

We stayed here on our way from the beach. I chose it for its large backyard. After 7 hours of driving it was the perfect place to stretch our legs. Not to mention had a great park just across the street. Everything in the house had been redone with some nice features! Plenty of beds for my 3 year old twins, 6 year old son, and my husband and I. Only heads up I would give were even with the brand new touchups, it looks like people have damaged. The barn door that closes the master bath is broken pretty badly and if you have littles like do, there is a beautiful large mirror in the dinning room. If you have high anxiety about your wee ones and large mirrors that is something to note. However, mine did fine. Overall, nothing that would bump it from 5 stars. Great place. Great communication. Beautiful, clean comfortable stay

Overall this was a great house and we were very happy with it. It is very nicely done, well cared for, clean and comfortable. The owner could have been a little better with communication. It’s not that he didn’t respond, but often his responses were minimal one word answers when more detailed communication was warranted. Even though we had some weather related issues, those were really beyond the control of the owner, and my only real complaints were the lack of kitchen amenities…there was no toaster and a single cup keurig for a house that sleeps 12 people…utensils were a bit lacking as well. Other thank that very happy with our stay and a great value.

Memphis Visit 3/1

I do not believe that this home is in midtown. It is adjacent to midtown, but not truly in midtown. The renovations of the house are nice as well as the exterior. The furniture was nice and updated-- good decorating. There were no towels in either bathroom. We eventually found the hand and body towels the day we were leaving ---in a cabinet in the kitchen mind you. Why would we have looked there? There was a long hair on a pillow o in the queen bed room, Smears of stool in the back bathroom toilet, smears of stool in the master bath toilet, and a wad of hair in the shower of the master. Lastly, the house had an obvious smell of marijuana.

The neighborhood is a historical district, with a great park across the street. The neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.
