Comfortable and convenient

The property was very good abundance of kitchen appliances crockery and cutlery. Secure parking on property, close to beach and local coffee shop. The only thing missing was access to internet which we were aware of before coming. Highly recommended. Colin

Fabulous location. Well fitted out. Well sound insulated from other apartments. Only downside is linen not provided, but we just used the local linen provided and that worked swimmingly. Is also not much storage for bulky items like bikes and stuff for water sports, but regardless was very comfortable and Would stay again

Azalea Court 1, Fishpen, Merimbula

This Unit is very clean and well-presented. All fixtures and fittings are in very good order. The owners are generous in what they provide for their tenants in terms of what we need for a comfortable say, such as cooking facilities, furniture, extra bedding, heating and cooling. Location is perfect for the beach.

viewing the picture of the property we believed that unit 1 was the one showing at the front

we were disappointed that this was unit 8 and unit 1 was behind a built in garden with only a view of flora and a fence, not across ocean road to see the ocean and that we had to go down 13 steps to get to our car park we are 82 years old and having to tote all our items up the steps wasn't what we had envisioned. Estate Agents did not give us a map of Merimbula or how to access Azaela Court, also no indication of where to leave our keys, previously there has always been a box outside the realty premises to deposit them, we always leave early, there was a box but with a password which we hadn't advised of, thought this careless on their part, we left them in their key hole in their door!!!!! The unit was well provided with all utilities and very comfortable, just a pity we felt we had been deceived as to what we were getting.
