不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We arrived at the apartment, exactly 3pm. But what shocked to us the whole apartment was unclean, they were aware we were coming , there must be somebody to have a look if the unit is ready. But all we seen are the used towels, unclean bathrooms, un arranged beds and linens. I contacted them sending all the pictures . The guy came after 1 hour thats the time he started to clean. It wasn’t clean at all because we are occupying the receiving area with our luggages. . A long travel is very exhausting, we are expecting a place to rest but what we got is a place not ready to be occupied. Worst. Not recommended this place.
