Excellent area and house with several services and supermarkets nearby. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of two reasons: unstable electricity which doesn't allow for many devices to be connected at the same time and the sofa which, despite being beautiful, isn't comfortable and isn't recommended for a living room. Everything else is perfect.
