Es war alles iO.Jedoch funktionierte die Eingangstüre nicht, wir mussten diese abschliessen, damit diese zu blieb.Die Türe des unteren Schlafzimmers hat das schloss nicht funktioniert. Der Sperrbolzen kam gar nicht mehr heraus, dies habe ich zerlegt und repariert, gerngeschehen. Unter dem Geschirrspüler fällt Sockelleiste ab wen man den Geschirrspüler auf/zu macht. Waschmaschiene ist nicht vorhanden, entgegen den Bildern vom Inserat. Staubsauger ist unbrauchbar!!!Ansonsten wäre die Wohnung gut, aber diese Punkte und auch das fehlende WiFi sind nicht Zeitgemäss!

Lacking maintenance and no wifi

We really liked the location and the spacious apartment, but the lack of maintenance made it feel like poor value for money.The photos suggest a resort-like setting with a pool view, but our view was an empty grassy field facing other apartments. Not terrible, but definitely not what we expected.The biggest surprise was the absence of Wi-Fi. While not listed as included, in 2025 it seems reasonable to expect this to be mentioned. For the price, Wi-Fi should be standard.Issues mentioned in 2024 reviews, such as doors not closing properly, are still unresolved. The outside door and one bedroom door could only be closed with a key, which was inconvenient. Another bedroom could only be locked, not simply closed.Only one main key was provided, which made things awkward when splitting into two groups.The apartment has a boiler, so if two people shower and one takes a bath, the last person won’t have enough hot water.Lastly, temporary renters cannot use the indoor pool, which is for permanent residents only. This should have been clearly stated, as it was disappointing to discover on arrival.Overall, the building needs more care and attention. With better maintenance and clearer communication, this could be a great place.

Mimizan at its best...

... Apartment ist vor kurzem erst neu gemacht worden. Check-in und - out sehr unkompliziert und nach individueller Absprache.Ausstattung umfasst Alles was man benötigt, auch einen sehr großen Topf. (siehe ältere Rezensionen).Das fehlende WLAN konnten wir ohne Probleme mit einem Hotspot unserseits ersetzen.Alles in Allem eine 1A Lage. Besser geht es kaum. Kann bequem mit 6 Personen belegt werden.Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Parfait séjour à Mimizan

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement. Idéalement placé, agréable, calme et frais même lors d’une arrivée lors d’une journée très chaude. La place de parking et la piscine sont de vrais atouts! La literie est confortable. Accès à une laverie (payante) commune bien pratique. Seul regret : pas de wifi! Pour le reste c’est le top! Nous avons déjà envie d’y retourner!

Thank you so much for this extraordinary vacation! The appartment was beyond our expectations, very clean, well equipped and perfectly located. The pool was beautiful and never too crowded. There is a laundry room in the complex, very easy. Mimizan Plage is amazing, beautiful nature, nice little town and the "courant" is just next to the building. The supermarket is nearby as well. Everything was perfect and the owners were adorable and very attentive! Thank you so much, we will come back!

Gute Lage für erholsamen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist zentral, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man kann Süd- und Nordstrand fußläufig schnell erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wobei die nicht schließenden Türen und fehlendes WiFi sicherlich zu beheben wären. Wenn man für mehr als zwei Personen kochen wollte, wären die vorhandenen Töpfe zu klein. Aber für uns hat es prima gepasst.

Quelques détails de finition qui pourraient être facilement résolus ( fermeture porte entrée dure et fermeture porte chambre rez défectueuse , obligé de fermer à clé. Déception sur le manque de WI-FI, après vérification sur place pas dans l'annonce même mais je l'avais pourtant sélectionné dans les critères. Bain à remous mentionné mais pas d'accès accepté par Néméa (conflit d'intérêt car pas loué par Néméa) sinon conforme à l'annonce , excellente situation et parking facile.

Great apartment located very conveniently

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The apartment is within walking distance to the beach as well as restaurant, shops, etc. We appreciated that the apartment is over two floors with a bathroom on each floor, and it has a large balcony with a big table and still space for bikes and drying towels.
