We had a great time on our trip to Navarre. This house had everything we needed. House was nice, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard pavilion and our dogs really liked the huge fenced in yard. Jon even went out of his way to get us things we had left behind after we left. We will definitely be back!! Thanks again for a great stay!!

We had a great time on vacation in Navarre. The space was great for our group of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and the pavilion with a bar. We did a couple nights of karaoke. We had family meals together in the morning and evening and enjoyed the beach in the day and the pier at night. This truly was a hidden gem and we hope to stay here in the future. Everything needed for vacation is within a mile of this house. Thanks for letting us make memories in Navarre!

Family vacation / wedding

My family really enjoyed the place. Fenced in backyard, animal friendly. Which was so important for my grand daughter. The backyard setup was very beautiful and inviting. The beach is only a mile away, amazing view. Every person or persons we encounter were very friendly. We really enjoyed our weekend there. Thank you!

The house was great! It was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of supplies. It was nice and quiet in the low traffic neighborhood. Jon was very accommodating and friendly. He responded quickly to every message. We would definitely recommend staying there if you want to visit Navarre.

Tranquil stay

We had the best beach vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. Just a short drive to the beautiful beach. The owner answered all messages quickly and was delightful to rent from. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home and close to everything.

We had a nice stay. TV and outlets in tiki bar didn’t work but we played music instead. Had to kill wasps there too. Only one wash cloth in guest bathroom and no blanket in master BR. Kitchen could use some new cookware and more cutlery. Well supplied with paper products, toiletries and very nice appliances. Good price.

Home Away From Home

Arrived early for our stay, was able to access the house earlier than anticipated thanks to the property manager, great central location to the beach and any shopping needs while we were there, essential amenities were available for our stay, great back-yard setup, property manager was very responsive on any questions during our stay, all around a great place to stay. Will be booking again in the near future.

Our stay at this vacation house was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been better—it's just a few blocks from the beach and conveniently close to my husband's favorite spot, Waffle House. The house itself was immaculate, quiet, and exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, the house has a wonderful warmth and character that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of beach adventures and celebrating our son's 7th birthday. We were especially impressed with how responsive and accommodating the host was. They were quick to answer any questions we had and even allowed us to extend our stay for an extra night, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Our fur baby also had a great time and loved exploring the nearby area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this vacation house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories here!"

Baseball Trip 2024

At first glance everything seemed great, but then over the stay things started to become troublesome. We could not find a guide book for the property , like WiFi instructions, or where to find towels. We had nothing to scrub dishes with. The drapes in the large bedroom were facing the sunrise so we could not sleep in on a vacation. On the last night of our stay I went to warm up some bread in the oven only to find old hotdogs and cheeseburger patties in a cooking sheet left from someone elses visit. The air conditioner leaked from the ceiling in the kitchen which could cause someone to slip, may want to get that fixed. The location was nice and near grocery stores and the beach. Other than the food left in the oven it was very clean.
