"I stayed in a room on the imperial floor. The room was large and fully stocked with amenities. It had a nice view overlooking the river. The hotel has a number of excellent restaurants. The staff are very polite and attentive to details. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Osaka. "

"Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Stayed with my wife and 3 year old. We shared 2 'double beds' pushed together (2x king singles). Rooms were small, but they weren't surprisingly small. They were modern, functional and very clean. Two highlights were the blackout blinds (so good that we missed quite a few mornings) and the shower! Damn, that was amazing. I've never had such a powerful and large shower before where no water got on the floor outside! The hotel is on top of a well connected train station and a 24 hour convenience store. It has a small gym which is functional but too tiny, there are some restaurants and bars around, but it's relatively quiet at night. We never had the breakfast there because there was the Familymart downstairs (and a 7/11 and Lawson's very close by). I would definitely recommend this to friends as a great place to stay. I will say though, if we had another child (i.e. 2x adults and 2x kids) it would be way too small. "

"clean room, it’s at the heart of what appears to be Osakas financial district, so not so many tourists. Easy to take a subway to dotonbori and namba free beer between 6 and 7 was amazing"
