“We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. Downstairs was very spacious with a comfortable lounge, lovely dining room with a big table to eat round and take in the views, great kitchen with everything you need and so……

“Perfectly happy with my overnight at this quirky b&b. By car it's about 10-15 minutes from Harrogate town centre (some via country lanes, so not really a walking route in the dark/evening), but the price to stay is reasonable enough to factor in a taxi if you're not driving yourself. Very reasonable, to be honest, as I stayed during a busy convention weekend and accommodation in Harrogate can get pretty pricey. Plenty of parking space, lots of open land- situated at an equestrian centre with……

“Wonderful stay, definitely recommend this hidden gem. The room was spotlessly clean. The jacuzzi bath was huge plenty of room for 2, truly relaxing. The shower was perfect. Our room had an outdoor seating area which was perfect to sit out with wine and nibbles. An ice machine was available so you could fill your own ice bucket, there was a wine chiller in the room which was useful. Everything in this place was brilliant making for a peaceful, laid back luxury break.”
