「This hotel was beautiful! It was by far the best I've stayed at. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was delicious! The free drinks were a wonderful addition. All of the staff were super nice. It was close to everything. The river walk was lovely. I cannot say enough good things about this place.」

「We didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t free, we had to pay for the breakfast while booking or you can at the hotel each day. The tv in one of our rooms was having technical difficulties. There’s no clocks in the rooms. & the floors aren’t carpeted, it’s hard floors & they were very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black on the bottom. 「Our river view condo was very nice - listening to the rushing water kept with the Smoky Mountains vibe of the trip. The ducks, geese, and Herron were also fun to watch. Lazy River was also very nice after days of sightseeing and its cleanliness was much appreciated. Location was also very nice - close to everything yet not on the main drag which is very busy.」

「Communication was fantastic with the property owner. On arrival the cabin was easy to find and in a central, private location. The appliances were fairly new and kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was wonderful, we really enjoyed our time relaxing in it. The cabin was fairly clean. A lot of dust on furniture and ceiling fan, so much on ceiling fan that we didn’t turn it on. 「Every room has a TV and the game room is a lot of fun. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of utility and there are plenty of dishes, glasses and serving utensils. The downstairs bathroom fan did not work. The floors were dirty. The electric oven did not cycle to maintain a consistent heat and had to be turned on and off to cook our steaks (thankfully we had smart thermometer probes or else cooking with the oven would have been extremely difficult).
