The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa, TV, dining table, balcony with a beautiful view, closets, full kitchen and washing machine. It is in an excellent residential condominium, with leisure areas and garage available to guests!

We have bed linen, bath, utensils and all this at no additional cost.

You can park and bring your things, remembering that your car must be parked within the limits of the parking space in the garage, any doubt is just attend the reception!

We have housekeeper who can work in the cleanliness during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need!

There is 1 parking space available for your accommodation, just identify yourself at the reception.

There is a ferry available to take you from the condo to the beach. Just ask in advance for your tickets and pick them up at reception

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.

If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photo documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have guest later, we love to help

Barra da Tijuca is a neighborhood that works 24h and it’s very charming! It has everything, beautiful beaches and amazing shopping malls, you find everything! Ahh, has very nice parks too and from there you go easy to Rio Centro, Rock In Rio, Prainha, Grumari, several show houses like Espaço Hall, Vitrine, Claro Hall, Ribalta, Arena Jeunesse among others.

You will stay a few minutes from one of the hottest beaches in Rio, have all the local shops that need pharmacies, markets, shopping malls, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber and bus. From the airports to here is about 40 min from SDU and 40 min from GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need of a common neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.

TRANSPORT: Daily: metro, bus and taxis to get in and out of the city and ports. Important apps: Uber, 99 and Taxi Rio: for private transportation. Moovit: for bus routes, metro and trains. Avoid using car, the city is very crowded and expensive to park. We can pick you up or take you to the airports, port or bus station. We use medium sedan car and licensed drivers. SDU, Porto or Bus Station: R$ 120. GIG: R$ 150 Cabo Frio and Búzios: R$ 600 Angra and Ilha Grande: R$ 800 Request at least 2 days in advance. Children are always welcome!
