“Everything was great except for the seaweed.”

“Lots of construction going on, which we understand is necessary, but the dining was a mess that week. Of the 4 main restaurants, most were closed they other night, some nights 3 of 4 were closed. Dunno if it was staffing issues or what, but definitely changed the experience. Thank goodness for 24 hr room service, which was ok overall but very slow, always an hour plus wait for dinner. ”

“Great property, amazing food, decent service.. after that downhill....We reserved the pool level suite, great room with amazing wildlife moving through it. Peaceful and serene! Bed on interior matched a sheet of plywood in comfort. A bike was used on property, when you could find one.. Property has amazing scenery, room service is an upcharge, couldnt find ice... oh well. Would stay here again for the food and scenery in same villa.. not for the service.”

“I traveled here solo and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly upon arrival! They helped answer any question I had and made my stay super comfortable. The room was very clean as was the entire resort. I would recommend anyone to come here for a nice getaway.”

“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”

“I’ve been to this property before, in 2021. The food was better on the previous stay. We were a little disappointed in the view from our casita… it was supposed to be ocean and it was turned towards the pool. The spa was as great as I remember. The staff was always friendly and our pool bartender was the Bomb! The last 2 days of our stay they started construction on the casita next to us very early, waking us up.”

“Super value resort hotel in a great location. Beach-front rooms probably have the best situations, but the forest rooms are quiet and offer some interesting wildlife - agoutis, coati mundis, and so on.”

“El hotel estaba súper bien ubicado. Todo estaba muy cerca, el acceso a la playa estaba mas conveniente desde el otro hotel pero teníamos rápido acceso y podíamos disfrutar de todos los servicios. El staff muy amable y nos explicaban bien todos los beneficios. La habitación era bastante cómoda y amplia .”
