The apartment accommodates guests in 2 double rooms, each fitted with a sink and an east-facing balcony, while the spacious living-dining room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, a full-size bed, and a dining table, complemented by a south-facing balcony that invites you to soak in the alpine scenery. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with oven, a glass ceramic cooktop with 4 cooking zones, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle, ensuring every convenience during your stay. During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., a tourist tax applies at a rate of CHF 7.-- per adult per night and CHF 3.50 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the tourist tax is CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. In summer, all mountain railways throughout the Saastal, with the exception of the Metro Alpin, as well as post buses, are included in your stay. In winter, the skibus and postbus services within the Saastal are included.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and is equipped with an electric stove, oven, glass ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a shower/WC with a towel dryer.
