Charming Private Suite, Close to Siesta Key, Florida

  • Welcome to Casa Oceanica! Our newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a walk-in shower offers comfort and privacy. Although the suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with its own entrance, free parking, and a cozy queen bed. Guests enjoy full privacy and independence when staying with us. The suite includes a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, and mugs. The private suite is attached on the side of our main home. It’s like home while you’re on vacation. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

    Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, fresh towels, and hand towels. Water bottles, K-cup coffee, creamer, and tea bags are also available. The suite features a 55" flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a comfy seating area. You'll find a full-size closet with hangers, iron & board, steamer, extra pillows, plus beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts are awesome and so sweet. The only thing we didn't realize is there is no kitchen sink so we just used disposable plates and such. So clean. Close proximity to the city and so many different beaches!

The property was beautifully decorated and lovely to stay at. The entrance and yard was attractively landscaped and welcoming. Casa Oceana is the best!

This beautiful space is restful, private and beautiful. My husband and I were impressed with all the details and amenities that Madison provided. Everything you can think of for a perfect stay!
