Box truck blocking the entire driveway, I’m sure the neighbors weren’t very pleased with us parking in-front of their homes Beds were horrible - way too firm. No heat downstairs Trash all over the backyard when we arrived - I was told it was most likely animals - so maybe trash bins should be accessible for your guests

We were told that the property was going to be ready at 12. The property manager got in contact with me around 2 o’clock to tell me if she could take out her dad which was the only person at the time getting the property ready to take him out for a family reunion. I expressed my opinion how this was very unprofessional and unacceptable how it’s almost 3 o’clock beds aren’t made the kitchen was not clean properly and there is no soap at all to wash hands. It was filed with water. Seems like they didn’t give crap about the property and our stay. I had a 6 month your old and having no beds after traveling 4 hours and still having to wait another 4 hours to get a single bed made is very upsetting. Some outlets in the main bathroom were not working as well. Overall it was very disappointing how we were welcomed considering the fact that they had cancelled and told us last minute they day prior at 8pm that they couldn’t host us after trying to contact them multiple times before with no response at all.
