I arrived at the property on Friday evening after driving for 9 hours and it hadn't been cleaned from the last tenants. I eventually got hold of Lane who assured me she would refund the cleaning fee and to go and have a drink 'on her' while the cleaners came and fixed it up. I still wasn't happy with the cleanliness after the cleaners came.
After checking out, Lane ghosted me when I asked about the refund. I've tried to contact her multiple times to no avail. What a headache. I'll be submitting a complaint to Expedia with screenshots of her message promising a refund of the cleaning fee.

Great location and lovely property, clean and very comfortable bed had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the extra touches of chocolate on our pillow and wine was appreciated plus the thick lush towels
