The stay and the apartment were fine however we did not feel welcome with a young family in the apartment complex. Other guests clearly did not welcome the presence of holiday goers in their space. The hosts also seem to be aware of this as they leave a list of strict rules for use of the pool, common areas and grounds which essentially state keep out of the way of the residents and be seen and not heard. Fine for a quiet couple but maybe not a young family.

Aussenanlage nicht nutzbar

Alles was soweit gut. Wohnung wie im prospekt beschrieben. Leider konnten wir den Pool die erste woche nicht benutzen da er nicht sauber war. Ebenso hätten wir uns gerne stühle und einen tisch für draussen gewünscht. Einige der eigentümer waren seltsam, man hat sich kontrolliert gefühlt. Der einzige tisch mit Stühlen in der Aussenanlage durften wir nicht nutzen, obwohl den ganzen Zeitraum niemand dort gesessen hat.Ebenso hat der Busverkehr gefehlt .zu Fuss 2 5 km einal in serpentinen den Berg runter und wider rauf

Schönes Appartement mit strengen Nachbarn

Schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartement in einer Anlage mit italienischen Eigentümern, die teilweise die Urlauber nicht mit Freundlichkeit akzeptieren. Strenge Pool- und Gartenregeln haben einen Charm einer Kleingärtneranlage. Die Lage ist top und die Vermieter sehr nett.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten!

Der Zugang zur Wohnung war super beschrieben und einfach. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten bietet genug Platz, um ein ruhiges und schattiges Plätzchen - auch mit dem Hund- zu finden. Außerdem ist der Garten wunderschön gestaltet. Die Wohnung ist super und wäre wirklich top, wenn man einen kleinen Balkon oder Terrasse hätte oder eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten.
