Great location right by the free Vail bus pick up, well equipped kitchen for cooking, cozy gas fireplace, nice water pressure in showers, surrounded by trees and pretty views. We had a great time! Definitely recommend.

Our stay was great here. It was the perfect size for our family of 6 and Grandma. The property manager answered questions quickly when we had any. The kids loved the little game area in the loft area the condo had. The area was nice to walk around and the pool and tennis courts were a short walk away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, nice, and in a great location. We enjoyed having access to pool and pickleball courts. The condo was close to great hikes and parks. We had a wonderful stay.

The unit at Timber Falls was very clean, well outfitted with the basic necessities, and updated beautifully. The space was perfect for our family of seven. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would definitely consider returning next summer.

We stayed at this comfortable, newly updated and very clean condo in June. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are 2 spaces to hang and watch TV and the bedrooms are great spaces to sleep or hang in. There are 2 small decks - one has a grill - and you can listen to the birds in the area. The pool and tennis courts are very enjoyable amenities too. We highly recommend this rental.

The townhome was neat and clean and very nice to stay in. The only thing I would say is to make sure you advertise the fact that it is on the third floor. We had one of our friends staying that was over 85 and it was difficult for her to get up and down the stairs.

Location of the property is convenient to catch the East Vail bus and get a seat on the bus in the morning. The property is newly renovated and clean. We were disappointed the dryer did not work and the unit’s door stopped locking. It would be nice to have a place to store your skis and poles.

This condo was very nice and up to date. It was very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and the board games while it was snowing out. I recommend staying here if visiting Vail!
