We are here to make your stay comfortable & memorable! For virtual assistance, our Nest Host team is available from 9 AM - 10 PM and just a message away. For any assistance needing physical appearances, our office & staff work from M-F 9 AM - 5 PM.

Home to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a smart TV with Netflix (be sure to bring your password!)etc, and complimentary WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and completely stocked with cookware to prepare your favourite gourmet meal!

Exposed steel columns, ductwork and concrete ceiling certainly give this space an industrial feel and the tasteful furnishings compliment every aspect!

-Complimentary Starter Packs are provided to jump start your stay & not meant to last for the whole duration of your stay.
-Trailer Parking NOT available (includes other oversized vehicles)
-Street parking is subject to snow bans and traffic bans: Tenants can check the availability by calling 311 and check snow route bans on KnowYourZone app

-Extra Pillows, Blankets, Towels, Crib & High Chair is available upon request, subject to availability w/ transportation charge (request must be made at least 24 hrs before check-in on weekdays)
-The shared building amenities may be closed for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice. Nest Host has no control over these and will not issue any refunds/ entertain cancellations for the said reason.
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by Nest Host) Guest can request Nest Host to roll out the bins for $30. DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.
-Mailbox use is unavailable
-Management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants
-OFFICE Hours: 9AM - 6PM Weekdays
-Emergency Line for lockouts, flooding, power outage is available after hours + weekends
-Mid-stay cleanings must be scheduled for stays 60 days and above. This is a complimentary clean but is vital for us to ensure the maintenance of our property.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer
-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Nest Host)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure

Glass Tower Condo is great

We stayed over a week on business pleasure trip, 2 bars, 2 baths perfect. Place is clean, modern, amazing views from 14th floor. Only complaint is there was no fob to enter the building and use for the gym and top floor meeting room which was a great inconvenience, building security let us in the gym but there should be a fob.

We had a nice stay at Glasshouse. The layout was nice, it was clean, overall really good. If you are going for a concert or sporting event a Canada Life Centre, the location is fantastic!

The Condo itself is excellent, modern, superb views of the city day and night, excellent showers, comfortable beds and pillows and living room furniture. It is in easy walking distance of the Exchange District for good eats and Toad Hall for children's toys, etc. However, the remote management of the property was a near disaster. There was no fob for entry from parking and to building facilities. There was no parking pass for exiting the parking garage. On day 5, our access code to the building failed, so had to depend on arrival of security people or other tenants to get in. Placed 2 emails and 2 phone calls to 4 proper places according to condo paperwork and received no response, including from the named property host. Finally, on a 3rd call, reached a wonderful lady, Jasjeet, in Finance, who got the building access code reset, and arranged for parking reimbursement--bravo. But for her, our stay would have received a lower rating.
