"Close driving proximity to everything Monterey & Carmel. Not walking distance, but if you have a car you’ll be about a 8-10 min drive to all main attractions. This hotel is new and modern, rooms and bathrooms are nice and large. Only concern is the rooms don’t have too much lighting and parking availability can be scarce if you’re arriving late in the night. "We did not get any service for our room. We requested clean towels and it took over a hour to get them. The TV didn’t work the last night. We got sound, but no picture. The curtain in the room was torn. It was a nice place and I will return, but details do matter. "

"Hotel is in a good location near the Wharf. Ample parking lot with a clean pool and spa. Rooms are fine, CLEAN and neat. Shower was hot and clean! Lounge area has a bar and serves food (we did not eat dinner just had drinks. Free breakfast was included that is a great perk and it was clean and tidy self serving food. Lots of options eggs, oatmeal, bagels and everything in between. Everyone we encountered was NICE and pleasant to talk to. Local area has restaurants with in walking...

"I like everything but the only issue that I have it was a misunderstanding with breakfast they told me from 7 AM to 10:30 PM. And we arrive at 10 o’clock and they already close on the other hand. Another issue that we had was that didn’t tell us that we need to request housekeeping service."
