The cottage is just beautiful. It's very historic and true to Old Florida while being impeccably beautiful inside. The renovation done is an impressive feat of retaining the historic charm while providing all the modern amenities. Cottage is squeaky clean, bed was so comfortable, and it was nice for us to be able to spread out a bit in the evening to our own decompression spaces. There is seating galore, but not at all cluttered. We loved the coastal modern furniture and decor. Layout is nice to have the bathroom off the bedroom but also with an entrance through the kitchen. We regrettably only stayed one night, but the dining room space & kitchenware were ample to have allowed some meals at home. Location was perfect. Right on Pine Avenue, with the ocean (and access) only a few blocks in one direction, shops in the other. Everything we needed was steps out the front gate. A huge plus was the golf cart and bike rental right across the street. They were so nice and swung us a nice deal for the few hours we needed. All three of us (me & two teen girls) fell in love with the cottage.

The place was great and as presented on the app. Having a designated parking space was very helpful. Close to many great restaurants, shops, the beach, etc. The north shore cafe and waterfront restaurant were both very good and very close in walking distance
