“The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the bedside areas and windowsill were quite dusty and could do with a thorough clean. Unfortunately, it took me a long time to fall asleep because the window wouldn’t close properly, so I could hear the sea all night.”

“Room was clean but stuck next too outside bins and outside fan that never stopped. Staff must have took smoking breaks outside our window spitting and coughing. Loud keeping us awake. Room bins not emptied just given a bag to do it out selfs. Room was along from a cleaning cupboard with a bucket outside to trip over! Never anyone at reception to help. Nicest thing was waiter at breakfast kind and polite”

“Lovely clean hotel, very polite and friendly staff giving a very warm welcome. Our only problem was the pressure in shower was very low and the mattress was cheap and flimsy. ”

“Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool.”

“Over powerd air freshener to mask the bad smells not a good combination, the room was very tired ans shabby, put the shower on ans it was leaking resulting in my flooding the bathroom, the maintenance man came within 5 minutes and fixed it, Just stressed me out alot”

“Great hotel May be a budget hotel but the welcome you recieve is 5 star Its in a great central location The room was clean and fresh Couldnt have asked for a better stay With the bar downstairs as well its great for a chilled refreshment on an evening Ashley checked me in when i arrived and served me a few drinks through the evening...she was amazing (she told me to write that)”
