This condo is located on the south end of Breckenridge's historic Main Street, providing you with easy access to a wealth of local favorites. You'll be a short bus ride or drive from the gondola, a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Lift, and a 10-minute walk from shops, eateries, and museums. Enjoy a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow, try out snowshoeing, or take a scenic gondola ride up the mountain. Come summer, there's no shortage of hiking and biking trails, fishing streams, and concerts and festivals in the area.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
