For your comfort, the pool can be heated from March through October or chilled from April through September at an additional rate of $250 per day. If selected, temperature control (heating or chilling) will be applied for the entire duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival!

Features 4 master king rooms with private balconies, A bunk room for the kiddos, and a loft/game room area for all indoor activities! Not only will you have out-of-this-world views, but you will also have a pool table and a FULL wet bar!

This luxurious vacation rental boasts a spacious living room complete with a large, oversized couch, 2 accent chairs, side tables, a coffee table, a gas fireplace, a big-screen TV, and cozy throw blankets, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide ample space for meal preparation and dining, with seating for up to 10 guests at the dining table and additional seating for up to 6 at the bar, ensuring everyone can gather comfortably.

The two downstairs master bedrooms and bathrooms feature a King-size bed, nightstands with a phone charger provided, an accent chair, a closet, a suitcase stand, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private balcony with seating for 2, offering a tranquil retreat. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanity sinks with added makeup mirrors, a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Both master bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs offer a retreat featuring a comfortable King-size bed, nightstands on both sides with a phone charger provided, an accent chair, a closet, a big-screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony with seating for 2. The ensuite bathroom boasts double vanity sinks with added makeup mirrors, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet, and comes fully stocked with all linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The bunk room offers a fun sleeping arrangement with a single triple-stacked full-size bunk, an ottoman chair that folds out to a single bed, and a big-screen TV for entertainment.

The full bathroom located off the game room, provides additional convenience with double vanity sinks, a shower/tub combo, a toilet, and all necessary amenities such as linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The game room is a fantastic space for entertainment, featuring a pool table, a pull-out couch (Queen-size) a love seat, an ottoman, an accent chair, a big-screen TV, and a FULL wet bar. You can also step out onto the balcony which offers stunning views of the property.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, offering an outdoor kitchen with a grill and mini fridge, outdoor dining for up to 10 people, a gas fireplace, Horseshoes, a big screen TV, and a fire pit. Both balconies provide incredible views and overlook the fire pit, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 17, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
