「Laundry room was working when I got there my 1st day, I had put off doing it before I left when I passed by there had been a sign placed on the door saying it was out of service. I panicked as I didn't wanna take wet clothes back When I returned from Isla the maintenance man had already fixed the machine. I used the facilities and left very impressed. I think it was fixed within 6 hours. I will say breakfast was not very good The items we're always cold and empty I went at two different times...

「This is the absolute worst accommodation of my 3-month trip across South America and North America. Even a $10 USD hostel is better. I trusted this place solely because it is under the Marriott name. You do not expect a scam at a Marriott reception, but that is what happened. What a shame to the brand. Never again. 「这家宾馆位于一条很漂亮的街道上，距离市政厅仅仅是几步之遥。宾馆不大，所以，很安静，楼下有个很大的洗衣房，还有个餐厅。我们住的是有小厨房的套房，平台上的图片显示是很小的冰箱，其实是个中等大小的冰箱，足够使用。另外还有烤箱和微波炉，免费提供桶装水。整个宾馆极其干净，很多地方都配置了酒精洗手液和擦手用的纸巾。工作人员热情，积极，友好，还教我说español.以后，每年来坎昆度假，我都会选择住在这里。」

「This was a great stay. Very large suite. Pristine and the bed was so comfortable. It was so helpful to have the kitchen for heating up leftovers. Staff was friendly and I was so happy that they provided excellent customer service when I had questions.」
