"I loved my stay at The Hotel Shattuck. My room was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel decor is beautiful and It has a good vibe. I was really impressed with the quality of the food as well. I would stay here again. The only downside is there is very little street parking and you have to park in the parking garage across the street at $46 per night. "

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Zelos. The rooms were clean and neat and the bed was so comfortable. The front staff was very friendly. Our only issue was with the staff in the dirty habits restaurant. They were very inattentive and slow to serve. But overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay in the downtown area. We saw lots of interesting people on the streets but never felt unsafe."

"Very welcoming entry area, room was very clean and the space was very efficiently organized so that even as a small room, it had a full bathroom with tub and shower, including a separate sink/mirror plus another separate area with counter and mirror, with a tiny pod coffee maker. The bed was comfy with many pillows to choose from; and there was a desk with chair for working. The only flaw was the heater/A/C which kept running about every 15 minutes. "

"We stayed in on of the rooms that was not on busy Lombard Street. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good repair, though outdated. The front desk person was friendly. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was safe. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at Mel's Drive-in. There were lots of other restaurants nearby."
