「Very disappointed」

「Very pleased with the resort. We did the included catamaran, cenote, and the shopping excursion. The food, staff and such at the resort was fantastic. Room stayed cold and room service was prompt and fresh. Where things went wrong: this hotel partners with Lomas Travel for the excursions. The conglomerate that owns the business owns Lomas travel. 「Staff is very friendly and helpful . What I like about this resort is that whatever room you choose you will have an amazing view of the beach and every room will have a deep tub in the balcony . There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun.
