The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Nice location

Arrived to uncleaned apt,but was taken care of with an half hr,rectified pretty much immediately and was compensated with a free condo cleaning. Great host.

Beautiful, clean, quiet!

Room exactly as described and pictured. Check in was simple. Taxi driver pulled up to gate, I gave name and room number, gate attendant gave directions to building. King bed comfortable with nice linens. Living room had ample linens and pillows for fold down futon which was comfortable for our teenager during our stay. Included were only two standard towels and two larger towels probably for beach use. We brought our own beach towels so it was fine for us but you might communicate the need for extra towels if you have more than two people. Pools, beach, and property were very well maintained and clean at all times. A couple of beach clubs are in reasonable walking distance but there is no dinner service close by. We ordered delivery one night via the Fasty app but had to get a taxi the other nights. The fee for those trips racked up quickly. Drinking water is provided as were basic toiletries. A washer/dryer combo unit is in the room and we used it nightly with the help of Google Translate and You Tube. It accommodates small loads but be prepared for a lengthy drying cycle- don’t expect a quick turn around for a wash and dry. The shower was hot and the A/C was cold! For the price this was a total win! We will absolutely stay again with a couple changes- we will rent a car next time, we will purchase groceries to do more cooking in the room, and we will pack far less clothes!

Great Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was terrific! We went diving every morning and enjoyed the pool and beach in the afternoon. Wonderful trip and stay. We hope to rent the condo again on our next visit to Cozumel.

Terrific Southern Stay

We had a wonderful time at Residencias Reef. The apartment was very nice and it had a great view of the Caribbean. Ricardo was an excellent host who was available whenever we had a question. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great place, great host!

This is the 5th time I've stayed at the Residencias Reef and one of the best. Although the unit did not have a dishwasher or full oven as our past units did (this was also reflected in a lower price), it was cleaner than other units and the landlord was very responsive. It also had a great (and very clean) grill on the balcony. The complex is also very well maintained and very quiet. My three daughters and I would definitely recommend staying not only in this complex, but also in this unit.

Cozumel Christmas/New Years

This condo was very nice and what we expected. Fridge, cook top, AC, Washer/Dryer, Safe all included. There was some glitches, Hot tub was cracked, no stove, coffee filters, or face cloths. The pools, grounds and beach are excellent. well maintained. Staff at security are great, very friendly and always on duty. This was our second time at a condo in Residencies and we will stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

The place was wonderful! Our family had a great time here. If you want to escape the crowds and have some private time, this place is exactly for you and your family. If you want to be with the locals, you will definitely need a car, it's much cheaper than getting a taxi every time. The place needs a little TLC but it is still perfect. The jacuzzi's water stopper in the balcony doesnt work, but it may get fixed. Make sure to contact the host prior to getting there (possibly a phone call), checking in was confusing... also make sure you ask him what the room number is prior to getting there. All in all it was a great experience.

Great complex. Clean property.

Everything you’d need here mostly. We only had two towels for three people but it was a short stay so didn’t request more. Our bad. The shower is hot with lots of pressure (nice rainfall showerhead) but the drain was very slow so you’re standing in a puddle very quickly. AC worked great. Lots of Tupperware. Only a washer, no dryer. Probably said that in the description but I didn’t pay attention. This was just a weekend stay before moving to the North end. Two futons fold down into beds. Daughter said it was comfy. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable although I kept stubbing my toe on the pedestal frame underneath. Lost internet on Saturday night, I think due to the storm. As of Monday noon, it’s still out. Wouldn’t come here to work unless you’re on a cell signal. That worked fine. Overall happy with the place. BEAUTIFUL complex with two heated pools and nice (although rocky) beach. Bring water shoes.

It was a beautiful place to have a weddding and take a week of vacation.

Very friendly staff, well maintained grounds, Beautiful beach, condo needs a little TLC, a very comfortable place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay there on my next trip to Cozumel.

The property was beautiful, very clean with a wonderful view

I had a great experience at this condo- the room was clean, we were left a welcome basket with wine, fruit and coffee, and had an ocean view from the balcony. Easy access to pool and the beach. The neighbors and staff were friendly. Ricardo was accommodating when we requested a later checkout. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.
