Great House & Location

We had a our family of 4 stay here. We had lots of space but loved being able to spread out. Love the office area as I was able to work early mornings before the crew woke up. Kitchen was as stocked as any house we’ve stayed in. Loved and would definitely stay again.

Awesome home!

Super beautiful home in an AWESOME location. The view from the front door was absolutely breathtaking of the mountain. So many kids toys which was a great surprise for our 2 year old. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and very nice, kitchen was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience, would definitely stay there again

Great house, we loved the layout, updated kitchen, and cleanliness. Location is great, right by Rainbow park and close to the rec path and about a 10 minute walk to the middle of town. Had a minor issue, which turned out to be user error, with the dryer and management was there in 19 minutes to fix it. We will stay there again and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Comfortable and well-appointed house

We had two families stay at the house and had an amazing experience. Comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen with all the tools needed for breakfasts and dinners. Location is great - walkable to downtown area restaurants and close to mountain shuttle. Great house, would stay again for sure!

The Perfect Location

On Elk with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlor, yet located far enough away to enjoy the peaceful solitude of CB. New construction and a bit more modern than your typical mountain home yet still very comfortable. Great kitchen. Great communication from property manager. Would stay again.

Just as wonderful as it looks online

Fantastic property in a wonderful location (especially if you have kids as it was 1 block from Rainbow Park and 2 blocks from the “pirate park.” The house was well stocked and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for when we wanted to cook in. The downstairs bunk room was perfect for our 1.5 and 3 year old since it was naturally dark and quiet. A lovely home that we would be happy to stay at again.

Perfect home for family close to everything

Love this home, the layout, the closeness to everything. Upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms comfortable and perfectly arranged for our group. Loved the basement with laundry room, tv/play-room for kids but bunk beds and bedding downstairs are cheap and flimsy and need an upgrade to be on par with the rest of house. Everything else was perfect!

Aspen Hunt around CB

This home is wonderful. Well stocked, perfect location, spacious and has a great kitchen. The only reason I did not give a perfect score is the beds in the upstairs guest rooms were soft and uncomfortable. We hope to come back to this home!

Fantastic house, great location

We absolutely loved staying in this house for a couple weeks over Thanksgiving. We desperately needed a short change of scenery, and Crested Butte was lovely. We walked over to the bookstore, library, and grocery store, played at the park around the corner, and basked by the glow of the central fireplace. Clean house, lots of space for everyone to zoom school/work, cozy areas for reading, and super responsive management. No complaints, and if we ever make our way back to CB, we will certainly try to rent the same house.

A few improvements to consider; 1). The towels need replacement. 2). Same with the bedding sheets and comforters. I would both re-rent this house along with recommending it to friends and family.

Great House

We rented this house for the Thanksgiving break. We had 9 people and we all had lots of room and were very comfortable. The house is beautiful. We had a couple light bulbs go out and the property management company responded and came over right away to fix it. Great location, great view! Hope as a family we can stay here again!
