Ours is a fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Central Delhi. The whole neighborhood is safe, airy, green and full of sunlight. It is a newly built property with all modern facilities. There is a full power back up ,generator installed in the building so now power cuts are not a problem anymore. There are 3 bedrooms : 1. 1st bed room has a Double Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress 2. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen's Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress 3. 3rd Bedroom also has a Queen's Bed with very comfortable orthopedic mattress >> Clean set of Bed linen, quilts and Towels are provided. >>All rooms have spacious wardrobes with hangers inside. >>All bed rooms have air-conditioners Bathrooms >> One washroom is attached with a bedroom and the 2nd one is common for two other rooms >> All washrooms have Geyser/ water heater >> All washrooms are provided with Liquid soap, Body wash, Shampoo. Feel free to ask for more if they finish >> Toilet paper/rolls >> It has head shower >> Iron and Hair dryer is provided Kitchen >> There is a well equipped kitchen which has all the latest gadgets like : Fridge Toaster Tea maker (& complimentary Tea sachets , sugar ,milk ) Gas Stove Micro wave oven Cutlery Dinner set , glasses , cups >> Necessary utensils are available to cook food, if you need anything else to cook do let us know. Check-in I will be greeting you if you come between 10 am to 7 pm , before and after this time there is a caretaker Ram/ Vipin who will let you in. Housekeeping We give you a clean apartment and daily cleaning can be provided on request, so when you want the cleaning either message me or tell the caretaker and the housekeeping people will come and clean the apartment , preferably in your presence. Housekeeping timings are between 9 am to 5 pm No cleaning is given on Sundays. But if you are checking In on a Sunday then you get a neat and clean apartment. We provide Garbage bags during your stay, please ask for them whenever you need them. Please keep the garbage outside your apartment on the stairs, the housekeeping staff will collect it. If your stay is for more than a week then we change Linens and towels on every 5th day. >> Enjoy the terrace, it has been nicely kept with potted plants all around, giving enough oxygen. You can have your evening tea or just sit and relax. Every little detail has been taken care of to make you comfortable and relaxed
