Nice spot

Sandpiper Cove was a great spot for our family and friends for spring break. Everything was as listed and the complex had a lot to do on site. The only downside was the golf course had maintenance on it for a few days we were there so that was a bummer. We would go back here again though.

Roaches

Upon arriving our screen door frame was broke & hanging down about touching our heads. They did come out first thing Monday & fix it though after I emailed them. The condo its self would have been okay if it wasn’t for being infested with roaches, they were all over the kitchen & in the bathroom & showers. It was disgusting & uncomfortable staying there. For that reason alone I can’t say I’ll stay again

Just ok...

The floors were absolutely filthy. Our feet were black. Had to call them back out to clean the floors. Little improvement. The bath towels are very uncomfortable. Not enough trash bags were provided. Water in tub and toilets slow to drain. We had a decent stay but wouldn't stay in this particular condo again.

apartment 2090 very bad pest problem and was up for rent anyways !Soon as family entered condo within 20 minutes mins. bugs came out from everywhere big small all sizes!

Wonderful stay

We loved everything about our stay ! From comfy beds to clean place .Very welcoming and beautiful! The pool was literally outside our door and enjoy every bit of it .the place was very calm and peaceful ! I would say 10/10 stay ! The only issue we had was that the code didn’t work at check in but they fixed it under 5 minutes very helpful and patient ! I will definitely be returning back to this home !

Perhaps Destin's best vacation rental

Love the seamless check in. A fantastic apartment fully furnished, quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the beach and near to a number of good restaurants and the harbor walk. Thank you to the owner and Vacasa.

Relaxing stay

Loved the location and the amenities available. The private beach was clean and not crowded. Everyone was nice. Parking is definitely a challenge if units are full as golf carts take up some of the parking spots in front of units. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to say bad at all about this stay...clean clean clean so beautiful.....we are never ever staying at a hotel or motel again EVER. This was truly home away from home. Looks like the other family's who stay would leave something behind (I might be wrong) but we had sand buckets and a foam ice chest that we didn't want to take back home to Texas so we left it on patio in back. We could literally walk to beach and there was private parking was a plus. There was even a worker at the front gate 24/7. Thank you to this property manager for keeping this location clean and pleasant.

Perfect for our family

Clean, basic, and convenient. We stayed for 3 nights with our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids.) We loved the pools and tennis courts, and we enjoyed the private beach access. While I did wish that the rental had a few basic convinces like salt and pepper, cooking spray and beach towels, we still made due. It was small for having 7 of us, but we were not home much since we were out adventuring. It was just what we needed and the price was right. We hope to come back sometime. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect little get away

I loved the easy access to the heated pool right by the condo. The walk to the beach was easy, no hills, very safe, about a quarter of a mile. Excellent beach, white sand, great for walking.
