Our first room had a roaches and smoke alarm was torn off the wall. The entire place smelled like marijuana. moved to a room on the other side of the building. The pool area was extremely crowded, they ran out of pool towels and the next morning they ran out of the advertised grab and go breakfast by 8:00 am. I will not be back. Although I do have to say the young woman at the front desk handled my complaints professionally and non combatively as possible.

Would not recommend. Old and not the cleanest.

It was convenient location but we found a small bug crawling on one of the beds which had me Googling “bed bugs.” Ewwww. Hard to sleep after that. We did have hot water for 1-1/2 of our 2 showers. Check-in girl really struggled trying to tell us where to park and load in and she men led the speech like she was mad she had to explain it one more time. No hot breakfast. Only grab and go bag.
Bed bug or tiny stink bug? I wasn’t comfortable sharing room with either.

Location was good for what i was in town for. The room i was given had no sheets, pillow cases or blankets They gave me another room. No water pressure in the morning just when i needed to shower. Overall facility seemed run down and in need up upgrades.

Even though it says it’s a non smoking facility but the entire building has a strong smoke smell and even weed. Hallways are dirty with garbage and stains everywhere. Our room washroom had slow growing mold, toilet stopped flushing at one point. We asked front desk twice to clean our room when we go out and when we returned at night it was not done. Breakfast was in a brown bag with a water bottle, 3 other small items. We did feel unsafe staying here but due to busy season we could not change the hotel at the last minute. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids as it’s kept very poorly.

Steer Clear!!

Upon checking in, I had noticed the type of customers checking in looked suspicious. Went to my room and noticed the building looked disgusting. There was trash and dirt in the halls and it stunk horribly. My room looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom looked disgusting and there was no hot water. I stayed with a friend and the Townsynd 20 minutes away after driving 6 hours. Complained to front desk next morning and was told they couldn’t give me a refund because the computer doesn’t allow it. I was given a receipt and told to call hotels.com. Hotels.com told me that I had to wait until Monday because a manager isn’t there but front desk would notate everything. Today, the “manager” told hotels.com I never complained to front desk. She’s claiming the employee never worked there that checked me out. Claiming she was working all Friday and Saturday. She laughed while I was explaining the situation. She basically insinuated that I was a liar. When I requested a supervisor over her because the conversation wasn’t productive, she laughed at me. She told me they don’t give refunds and said the only other person over her is someone named Tom who is the owner. The customer service here is subpar and if not rectified, I’ll be taking this a step further

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! The view was a brick wall. The curtains and bedding were stained. The floor had wrappers and the conjoining room door was open. The next door room looked like they had a party in there.
