Spectacular stay for my wife and me.

The private swimming was amazing and the home is perfect on the top level of the building. The location is great, very private but close enough to town and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend this listing!!

We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in such beautiful surroundings and the views are magnificent. It was spotlessly clean. Having a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains was priceless. There is a bakery and a shop within walking distance and it was easy to get the bus to surrounding areas, including Annecy.

Superb location

The location of this beautiful apartment is second to none. there is balcony on which you can have your breakfast with breathtaking views accross the lake to the mountains. Its spacious, stylish and well furnished. Downstairs there is direct and private access to the lake, you can literally dive off the steps into the lake. What a treat on a hot day! We would most definately go back. The net curtains in the apartment tend to get blown out of the doors onto the balcony, more of an annoyance than a problem though.

Great holiday on the shore of Lake Annecy.

The location of the apartment right on the shore of the lake was fantastic. Our apartment was on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the lake and the beautiful mountains all around. Duingt is a small village but there are a few shops and restaurants to choose from within walking distance. You also have very easy access to the cycle track which runs all the way down the western side of the lake which means you can cycle to Annecy without having to navigate the busy road.

Superbe séjour, lieu magnifique, loft au top et Sandos (notre contact) idem ! Vue magnifique, loft super bien équipé. Endroit calme et magique pour se reposer. Je conseille vivement cet endroit. Le seul bémol du loft, le débit wifi (il faut passer à la fibre 😉) et l’absence de télé dans la chambre. Sinon c’était parfait.
