This is an updated apartment within a historic building in the bear of Durango. The location is perfect for getting around town and the place was recently renovated. The bed was very comfy and so appreciated after long, active days!

Nice little condo. Great location, easy parking, very well stocked with everything you would need. Only drawback was sofa bed which was quite uncomfortable unless you curled up in the middle and didn't move. Sofa bed might work well with children. Could hear the people upstairs if they left their shoes on. Overall we would recommend this place with the caveat of avoiding using the sofa bed

Anniversary Trip

Wife and I stayed at this cute renovated/condoed hotel in downtown Durango. Great location for all the Main St shops & restaurants & train station. Very clean (except window exteriors) and comfortable. Mini kitchen was perfect for breakfasts each day, and bed was very comfortable. Proximity to train tracks was fun too, with the 8 am and 9 am trains blowing their whistles as they went by. Overall a great place for a couple visiting Durango.

This placed is perfectly set in the middle of downtown Durango. You can walk everywhere. The size of the condo was great for the short weekend we stayed. The negative part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbor at all times. But other than that we had a great time.

This is a great vacation property located just one block from Durango's hoppin' Main Street, which is lined with restaurants and shops. The one-bedroom apartment itself was clean and comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect location for a couple .... walking distance to everything in town, parking across the street. And the condo was well furnished with a comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again!

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed in this cute refurbished vintage Hotel in Downtown Durango for our anniversary. It was perfect for us. The location was quiet except for the 8 & 9 am trains which we enjoyed as they whistled by. The kitchen worked great for morning coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The unit is well maintained and decorated. It’s just a short walk to most anywhere you’d like to go in the Historic downtown area. The bath was a little small, but we are used to sharing. We’d definitely return for a future visit.
