Bad Experience

I waited a month to receive a refund from the host which I never received. He was supposed to give me back $200 till date he didn’t and I was overcharged for my stay. The day I arrive the pool was very dirty and I have proof. He started that he had someone come in the morning to fix the issues however, it was not the case.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2024
