Our Star link wifi is fast and reliable for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.
This studio style apartment is the perfect place for a peaceful get away, or for someone looking for a place to stay while they work in the area. Ask us about our private hot spring or our swimming reservoir. Both are seasonal. The graveled driveway goes up the mountain to the house where the views are unmatched. You’re sure to love beautiful Indian Valley!
The space
This is a studio style room is on the ground floor and is not connected to the home above. It has a spectacular view of the mountains.
Your own entrance.
You will have full access to our ranch just down the street with swimming reservoir and hot spring.

The local scenery is very nice. Unfortunately, the town of Greenville was destroyed by the 2021 fire and they are in the rebuilding stage. The rental unit is the downstairs half of a duplex and is neat and compact with a kitchen. The sound insulation is not great and you will hear some noise from activity above.

My 13-year-old and I recently stayed in this nicely decorated studio. We were able to cook meals, everything provided and a market near by. Cozy bed and couch. Nice patio with pretty view. Couple upstairs are lovely and full of great information. We enjoyed their swimming lagoon and loved the hot spring tub in the middle of a field, so peaceful! Would absolutely stay again!

Nestled in the woods with lots of trails to hike. The host was very accommodating with lots of local information. The town of Greenville is rebuilding after the fire that destroyed the town but we were able to find everything we needed,

Amazing family, beautiful town, amazing views and great fishing close by! Will definitely be back! Oh and bonus was the hot springs under the stars and moon!
